We're looking for a new Bartender

Crown Point! American Legion Post 20 is looking for a friendly, dependable bartender to help us serve the veterans, families, and community members who walk through our doors every day. This part‑time role is all about creating a welcoming space where those who served can relax, connect, and feel appreciated. If you bring great energy and enjoy serving those who’ve served our nation, come join our team.

What you’ll do:

 • Serve drinks responsibly and professionally.

• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and sanitized.

• Engage with guests and provide top‑tier service.

• Manage cash register and POS transactions.

What we’re looking for: 

• Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

• Friendly, respectful attitude toward Veterans and guests.

• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends.
